Natural Law and Apostasy from Islam

Natural law is the highest form of law, and the state laws concern the being of the state i.e. federalism, tributes from sub-states etc. Natural law comes from either scripture - Quran and Hadith, Bible and Talmud, Vedas and Avestas - or tribal customs. Any attempt to override the laws of the tribe – or the laws of scripture – will be unsuccessful.

Muslims will marry four if they can and when they like, like it or not, Gaddafi. And nämüs is Bedouin law and belongs to Bedouins like Arabic, like it or not. If the Sheikh says kill the apostate, then the masses vote with consensus, as the Sheikh to them is the source of the best knowledge of all - knowledge on Islamic law. If the Quran explicitly allows for Muslims to leave Islam at seven or eight verses, contradicting shady and unclear Hadiths, it does not matter to the masses. What the Sheikh says is final.
