Eating right and healthy, and a very active life
by habit, will reduce the need for secondary care - hospital visits and
investigations and treatment.
A common cold is a viral infection. All viral
infections - with the exception of a few - resolve on their own, and all that
is needed is bed rest and supportive care, not any visits to the hospital.
Surgeries would then be rare, especially for MI or
pulmonary carcinoma, and therefore major surgeries can be easily paid for.
It all begins at home.
