Muslim piety vs. Piety

Dressing modestly is easy, telling an inconvenient truth is hard.
Praying five times daily is easy, avoiding gossip is hard.

Religion is easy, but is it for the lazy?
Is it good to be lazy?

Is telling the truth worth laughing at?
Is telling the truth a virtue?
Why laugh at virtue, then?
Does telling the truth please God?
Does God love the truthful?
Does God forgive white lies?

**

Does one long for freedom, or distrust it?
Does one suffer from oppression, or find comfort in it?
Does one want to be freed, or want to linger in helplessness?
Should one live like an animal, or struggle for dignity?
